Blepharophimosis syndrome is a rare, autosomal dominant (with essentially 100% penetrance), congenital disorder. It represents approximately 3% to 6% of cases of congenital ptosis. Blepharophimosis syndrome in twins is very rare. I am presenting here two cases of blepharophimosis syndrome in 17 months aged female twins, born of normal parents.
