The improvement of the quality of life with the help of diet and nutrition.

Undoubtedly we are what we eat, so that the quality, amount and caloric content of our food can decide the destiny of our whole life.
I am sure that the first thing is to evaluate is our efficiency in consuming food and accumulating fat; we must eat only the necessary amount of food, without excess and not basing our meals only on fatty or sweet foods. Eating regularly fruits and vegetables can fill our stomach giving us very little calories, so, reducing the space available for cheese, butter, meat and sweets. Then, legumes, cereals and seeds are instead very nutrient, containing many carbohydrates and proteins but little fats, also slightly harmful for our weight.
Of course every diet should agree with the life style, like husband and wife, otherwise, troubles will appear to your horizon.
To well regulate this relation, to make on your own could be risky; the ideal is to consult regularly a real, competent expert of dietetics and, given all the strange and "creative" diets circulating around us, advertised by so many "guru" of dietetics, this is not an easy choice.
And surely we must avoid a sedentary style of life, all day sitting in front of a PC or a TV. A regular sport activity, or simply a long walk in a park everyday, is good to burn our calories, otherwise, in many cases; we would be obliged to make excessive and wrong renounces to limit our weight increase.
