How to beat stage fright

Self-confidence is a wonderful assured feeling you have when you feel that you are completely control in a situation and can handle whatever the situation may throw at you.

It is well-known that stage fright is something that affects many individuals. It is something which you want to overcome. Imagine being at a function and you are asked to give a speech. what would you do? Well, if ever you find yourself in that situation, make use of the following pointers:

1.DO YOUR HOMEWORK:
Make sure that you know your audience and their interests.

2. DON'T TRY TO BE PERFECT:
Many people try to give the perfect speech, and then just end up falling flat on their faces because of this. Don't make that mistake.

LOOSEN YOUR ARMS. DON'T SEEM TENSE.
