Massage Of Soul

Living in today world means hours and hours of work. Nature likes balance. We are part of nature, so if we want or no, we also need balance in our lives: we eat – we spend energy, we work – we relax. If the balance breaks, the results are always bad. When we watch people in they daily routine, we find out, that they break nature balance more and more.

I tried to avoid it. Because I worked a lot and I slept only five hours a day, I searched for some kind of suitable relaxation. As first I tried yoga. I live in Europe and we know yoga only from books. Try to do some serious exercise, based on philosophy according to book. It is for nothing. Although I read the instructions very carefully, the effect was null.

After yoga, I interested about meditation. Look to own interior would be useful. Would be…..if there is some silent place in our house. I went to the nature, where I finally found peace and I felt quite confident. But one day I talked with our priest about it and I really made him angry. He explained me, that meditation has no place in catholic belief.

After years of unbalanced life, I was near the collapse. I had to leave my country and find some new values in my life. How big luck I had! My friends from different countries gave me gift-CD of one American rock band. I was surprised, because I do not listen such kind of music. One afternoon, when I came from my worked, I made a cup of green tea and put the CD to the player. As I was sitting, drinking tea and listening music, I felt as if somebody stroke my soul. It was fantastic feeling.

I buy many CDs with good music from this time. Music helps me in the worst moments. Music gives me power to go on. Now I know a lot of interesting interprets that stroke my soul. Thank to Got for music.
