Ice Hockey

Ice Hockey is a contact sport and is often compared to rugby or American rules Football. It is played on an ice surface either outdoors in the wintertime or indoors year round. Hockey is played on ice and is a team sport. Hockey is a fast game with players skating at speeds much faster then they can run.

Basically the team who scores the most goals in a set amount of time wins. Normally a hockey game lasts an hour and is divided up into three periods of play.

Hockey is a wonderful game if you ever get a chance too watch a hockey game please do….

Ice Hockey is popular in Canada and Northern Europe, Russia and the Northern Regions of the United States.
