Creatine Monohydrate in short is a supplement that allows your muscles too produce more work for a longer time. Creatine is being used by football players, Olympic weight lifters, bodybuilders and fitness enthusiasts. Creatine use has exploded over the last 10 years. Creatine is not an anabolic steroid in that it does not effect hormonal levels. In order for creatine too work you must combine it with heave weight training.
Personally I’ve used creatine before and the result’s were amazing. I gained 15 pounds in 6 weeks. I never thought you could get drug like effects from a natural supplement.
