There are lot of men really hard working who are big as bears and women all days on their legs who feel as elephants. They use to say that overweight has genetic origin, but they are fat as their parents because of inherit eating habits. The diets are for nothing. Working people need to eat enough, even sweets and meat.

Our body stores energy in the form of fat cells. It needs this source for the case of starvation or enormous physical performance. The problem of working people is that they have no time for any meal during the work and when they come home, they eat a huge amount of food, because they are hungry. After starvation and big strain, the body get enough energy that can be stored for another hard day. But body can not estimate how much energy it will need, that is why these people get bigger and bigger.

If you eat regularly, for example every four hours, your body will get energy in the same time every day (but it is necessary to have at least 3 meals per day), so there is no reason to store any fat cells. You can eat what do you want and how much do you want, because if you eat regularly, you do not want to eat a lot, you are not so hungry.

This is very safe way how to be slim. You do not need doctor to control your body functions, because it is nothing drastic, nothing abnormal and nothing dangerous.
