If we want that our basic principles of secularism and no discrimination on the basis of religions is there, we shall have to see that all institutions bearing religious names be renamed and no institution should be allowed to run on a religion basis. When we run an institution with a religious touch, the people there start teaching them religious norms and in due course they start producing religious fundamentalists and these religious fundamentalists often turn terrorists and rioters. We have noted that since 1947, we had been killing our people with our hands and some time we had been blaming terrorists and at times our people had been killed by the rioters. This should not happen in a country which has declared itself as a secular state and which is following the principle of no discrimination on the basis of religion. Therefore, we should stop dividing the people and all educational and training institutions must turn national and all religious touches be avoided. W e should make necessary amendments in our constitution and all relaxations given to religious institutions should be withdrawn. India is already divided on the basis of religions and we had seen the partition of 1047 and we should not pave ways for another partition of India. Nip the evil in the bud and the only solution is that there should be no institution bearing a religious name and designation.
