People have got no faith in politicians

If some people are elected and they form government in India it does not mean that the government they form is a popular government. The people who are elected are not leaders of the people of India nor they are true and honest public servants. They took over the charge from the British and that is the reason, they are still following the same pattern of government which their predecessors left and handed over to them. The people are still being treated as slaves and if they are called to vote, they are not elected people from amongst themselves, but we must note that the people who are standing in elections as candidates are not people from amongst the people, therefore, they are not bound to work for the welfare of the people of India.
It is on record that most of the people in politics have turned rich and powerful people and now they have formed a separate wing of the society. They are the people who have taken politics as a profession, trade, calling and employment and we have been noting that they are investing money in elections and when they get power, they start indulging in scams, scandals, muddles, bribes, corruption, taking commissions and they are found selling jobs, tickets and the like and in a few years they turn rich people. All these are new methods of collecting money and when some audit is conducted, all files and registers are found correct and none is there to find out that some bungling had been there in the transaction.
So this is the position in India and therefore, we have got no hope that in the near future we shall be setting these politicians on the right track. We must accept that these people in politics shall be drawing more and more people from their families in politics and this wing of the society shall turn like rajas, maharajas and monarchs and they shall be ruling over us and we shall live like slaves and all this independence and democracy shall be beautiful words in dictionaries and nothing more. We should not expect that some better days are expected from the people of India.
