DIET FOR HEALTHY ATERIES

Are you familiar with the terms artesioslerosis, stroke, vascular fragility, hypertension, raynauds syndrome and chilblains?

Do you know that they are associated with the ateries? There are ways of preventing or reducing these illnesses and one of them is by eating the right type of foods.

Increase fruit, whole grains, legumes, vegetables, nuts, fiber, garlic, olive and fish oil, antioxidants, selenium and folates.

Reduce or cut out salt, cholestorol, saturated fat, meat, cured cheese, eggs, diary, protein, coffee, alcohol and white sugar.
