Thansgiving

I enjoy celebrating Thanksgiving with my family. It is a great time to get together with each other. I also like the enjoyment of making food, and desserts.
When I was a little girl my grandmother would take me and my sister to see The Thanksgiving parade. We enjoyed seeing the characters in the parade, and the celebrities as well.
I like to count down the days to Thanksgiving. I am going to make cookies for the holiday. I'm going to do pilgrim, turkey, and pig shapes.
Thanksgiving is a time to be thankful for what life has to offer you. You can also volunteer your time to serve the homeless in your community. You could donate food, so people who can't afford the food can eat it.
Well, even Thanksgiving is not that far away. It is about twenty five days from today. So, make sure you do your Thanksgiving shopping early, and if you have something extra left, donate it to the poor.

I guess you are American? It is very nice to hear you write about the American tradition of Thanksgiving and I believe that turkey and pumpkin is an essential part of the meal. Why don't you write a little bit more on the origin as well in another posting?
