Ten Wierdest Things People Eat.

There are some of the dishes served around the world, which you may like to taste.
Some can even be tried at home but a word of caution: try at your own risk!
1) Spiders (the size of your palm) are breaded in a mixture of MSG, sugar, salt and fried in oil with chopped garlic. This is a served as a daily delicacy in Skuon, Cambodia.
2) Insects are eaten by the people in Northern Thailand.
3) Giant water bugs are served with chilly and sticky rice and dung beetles are thought to add flavour to curry.
4) Frogs are roasted or made into a soup in Ghana. Now that's a croaky dish!
5) In parts of Mediterranean, people eat whole sheep heads, skinned and boiled. Does it sound tasty?
6) Odori ebi is a type of sushi that contains live baby prawns that wiggle their antennae and legs as you eat them. It’s mainly served in Tokyo.
7) Australian Chefs have been dishing up Kangaroo, Emus Steaks and Crocodile. So next time you go there, do try out these. Mmmmm……that sounds tasty!
8) In Japan Seaweed and raw fish are eaten with rice in sushi.
9) Caviar is a Russian dish made from fish eggs.
10) Canned Rattlesnake meat was first went on sale in America in 1931

Keep Smiling!
Yes I did eat crocodile!
Nothing much to write home about but I heard that it was in great demand. My sis has connections with the people who does this for export so she had an array of the different types of meat they export. But as it was all marinated and in ready to cook packs it is hard to tell. I ate for the sake of tasting. But in China thats another story. You don't know the language and you don't know what is on offer! So I ate at Macdonald's when I was not in my hotel.
Ohhh
Ohh seems to be strange. Good article

Odd Food
Sounds like some of these things would appear on the odd food shows my mom watches. They travel around the world and show you some of the strangest foods people eat... and some are not very appetizing.
