Tale of Tippu sultan’s war elephant part-02

The elephant’s agony was the only reason for his sorrow. After winning a war waged against the near by up surging palayagaras(Knights or count like) Tippu was returning smiling contentedly but his smile was gone when he heard that the eye ailment of his elephant was increasing and the chances of blindness could not be ruled out if the infection could not be controlled soon. This news troubled him immensely as this was his favorite elephant and a visionless elephant was more of a hindrance than help .He spoke to his hakims and other hakims were also consulted and all were of the opinion that this infection was beyond control and only one Hakim could help but were reluctant to tell this to their king. Tippu was fond of his elephant and the cheetah that he had trained to hunt for him. And he was ready to go to any length to protect his citizens and animals under his care. So he demanded to bring any doctor who could somehow save his elephant’s eye.
At last one of the aged Hakim’s became bold enough and told the king-“Ho! Sultan –there is a way out of this problem, only if you will worship the best Hakim of all Hakims
