Stress Reduction Tips for a Pregnant Woman

Period of pregnancy is very stressful for woman. Her whole life structure is disturbed and she has reschedule many things. Stress is unavoidable, but it can certainly be reduced by the following steps:

1. Avoid oily and spicy eatables. Eat a healthy, well balanced diet. Increase the quantity of fruits and vegetables.

2. Adequate water in the body helps, so drink lots of water.

3. Exercise is always good for even for a pregnant woman. And taking regular exercise makes you feel great and is a wonderful way to limit anxiety in your life. But no heavy exercises.

4. Do whatever relaxes you. Relaxing by meditating, listening to music or writing in blogs.

5. Never take alcoholic drinks. Avoid smoking.

6. Meet more with cheerful people. Avoid angry persons. They will always disturb your mental balance.

7. Read a good book before sleeping. And you know books are always good friends.
