Reliance Communications Must be Fined 100 Crore rupees

It seems big companies are immune to any hard action from the law. They believe they are free to do anything and in case there is trouble their clever and powerful lawyers can handle the case.
Thus, their arrogance can only be smoothened by heavy penalties.
Forced Publicity Ring tone
In a recent act of arrogance and taking the customers for a ride Reliance Mobile loaded its publicity ring tones in its millions of mobile and landline phones without asking the customers. Case of high-handed dictatorship.
Many customers complained about the harsh publicity ring tones. Such customers were asked to send an SMS to Reliance to remove the ring tone. Many customers did it but the very next day same harsh publicity ring tone was again on their phones.
Court Should Act Now
I hereby request the honorable court to take immediate action without waiting for any PIL. Such high-handedness and bullying must not be tolerated by the law. How can a company take millions of customers as guaranteed and do what it like. They also must be forced to pay heavy penalties to the customers whenever they trouble the customers. The problem can be solved only if the action is fast and hard.
Making a Customer Court Helpless
The most regrettable thing is that even if a customer go to the Consumer Court it just wastes his money, energy and time. Because even if a customer wins a case in Consumer Court he gets nothing as the lawyer of a big company files an appeal against the verdict in honorable High Court and the court issues a stay on the order which is always in the benefit of big company. The victim consumer still cries in frustration.
Fearless Monsters
As big companies can always use laws to their benefit they have become fearless monsters hitting at their customers whenever they wish.
Even if their forced publicity ring tone is taken back after a few days penalty must be there to force Reliance to respect their customers who are actually helping the company to run its business.

Instead of relying upon RELIANCE why don't we switch over to another brand which is trouble free if not, less troublesome than reliance.I don't understand the logic behind persisting upon reliance even if they are found highhanded or we cannot get our problems solved.rabasure

same. They rarely care for the problems of a customer.

reliance is notorious from very begining
reliance has never cared for anything except money . They are like austerlian team "bad boys"
they have a long list of crime as they always belived in "behind every fortune there has to be a crime"
there chargesheet will be of millions pages. they have cheated always the share market , the famous security scam and has made billions of ruppes.
They treat customers as their property
And till the government is strict with big companies they can not stop them committing crimes. Unfortunately corruption and greed support their crimes.
