Eat only if you are hungry

Why people crave for food when there is no hunger?

They are perhaps affected and addicted seeing food.

Money in pocket,A hotel,Friend's Tiffin Box,Spare Time etc is sufficient to make the person use the opportunity and fill his stomach.He may not be hungry at all but is interested in eating when opportunity arrives.

The Quantity and nature of food taken is very important.

Food can be taken in splits.

The Total Calorie intake per day is important.

More Food with oil ,complex foods,Excessive Food,Acidic Drinks,Alcohol etc will destroy intestinal lining and soon life.

Initially Ulcer followed by Cancer can result.

Increased weight will reduce mobility of the individual and job prospects.

Health is affected drastically and blood pumping by heart takes a beating.

Therefore

Eat good relevant food
Eat only when you are hungry
Eat in splits
Eat food offering you adequate calorie
Donot take detrimental food
Self Control is very important

There is no use after spoiling the body
So act judiciously.....
