A Little Push in a Right Direction Can Makes a Big Diffarence!!

when i was working in mumbai as a software engineer,there was a guy who lives beside of my room.As i am working in tight schedules, i had never got a chance to intruduce myself.i used to smile at him when we see each other.
In the weekends i used to busy with my personal works and hobbies.In the evening when i was during humming a song,somebody has knocked my door,i 've opened the door,he was none otherthan that guy who stayed beside my room.I've invited him into my room and i enquired him his details.i came to know that he is looking for a job in software.
He told all the details of his techology,personol details etc,.he urged me to show the way of approach.As per his Discussion ,he doest know even how to apply for a job and how the calls will come.I asked him some of the questions about technology.he replyed me.i was stared him.i 've greatly convinced with his technical skills,all he need is a little push in a riht direction.I told the way how to apply for jobs and attend the interviews and gave him a meterial that i have.
He made six offers out of ten interviews.He picked one of the best among them which i've suggesed.His placement was in bangalore.I gave him a hearty sendoff and he leave with a heavy heart.It happend two years ago.Even now he used to call me and enquired my details regularly.Anyway i had a satsifaction that i have helped atleast my neighbour.Whatelse i want..nothing!!
