New Plague - Nomophobia

Are you one of people who never turn off his mobile phone? Are you in the stress when you have no phone credit? Have you lost your phone and you are affraid that someone call you right now? Are you not shure, what would you do without that small technical miracle? So you suffer from nomophobia.

Nomophobia is abbreviation for "no mobile phone phobia" and is characterized as fear of being out of mobile phone contact. It is brand new phobia. Scientists have published its symptomes first time on 31 of March this year. But its rating is huge. 53% of mobile phone users have symptoms of nomophobia. Some of them discribe this condition as colt sweat and restless thumbs, when they are cut of accessing. Some are bringing on panic symptoms. Doctors write about moments of extreme anxiety. Scientists also say that nomophobia is result of our busy life.

Interesting is that men are more affected than women although the endless calls are typical for women.

There are also same advices for nomophobics: keep credit level near constant and buy alternative contact number for the case you lost your mobile phone. It is also good not to go to the area which is not covered by signal.

So, here we have another reason for spending money.
