Submitted by Vlada on 11 August, 2008 - 12:04.When I go into my garden or greenhouse I feel the worries of the day melt away. I'm not the doctor but good old fashioned common sense says this type of activity must be really good for people with stress problems. I am sure that it must be good for people to be out in the fresh air, close to nature and the plants, getting some sunlight.
I do what I love and never hate going to work.
